I never regret being Me !

I've been judged for all my life, destroyed and rebuild myself once more, put in shame and regain my confidence, and belittle by people who doesn't now anything about me but prove to them I am a better version of them.

Now tell me ? Should I be weak this time? I've been through a lot of things, proved myself and stand still. These things would never make me fall down, never again. For I am strong with God's love and guidance.

I'll be someone to be proud of. SOON.

 I had another episode this morning. I was quivering, crying and moving from places to places. I don't understand. I am taking my meds religiously already. And I was back into thinking .. baka dahil nga sa gamot. But it supposed to help me prevent this kind of episodes. Oh God! Am I suffering again from this? Akala ko po tapos na to? My Minimalist Wallet and Coin Purse

So over the years, I had an obsession with long wallets and coin purses. I have this urge to look for them whenever I'll go in a department store. Most of my travels includes purchasing a coin purse embedded the name of the region. Unknowingly, I already got a collection of wallets and coin purses in different colors and sizes. This is actually my self-challenge for the last 3 months - to NEVER Purchase one. It's really hard for me since I live in the city where all the malls and department stores are just nearby. I think it is the idea of having money that leads me into this purchases. At the moment, I keep this two with me. It's either I will have the coin purse or the wallet depending on my agenda for the day. They are so classy and neutral. My kind of taste that I already decluttered the colorful ones. It also fits my cards and bills and I usually flip my phone inside the wallet in between.

While scrolling at my IG Feed last night, a post from @lo_young, well known as the GMA Kapuso Actress and little sister of the Miss World 2013 Megan Young, Lauren Young got my attention. She talks about how she struggles about body weight in years and how her doctor tells her that she's suffering from diabetes and has a bulging disc that explains why she suffers pain in her back. It got me thinking how unwell my health this past months. Not known by everyone but I got irregularities, acne and pimple breakouts, severe hair falls and a pain in the head from time to time. Since then, I am adviced to do a healthy lifestyle which I hardly follow. I am used to sleep less nights and eating behaviours I hardly convince myself to take care off. I am so used to an unhealthy lifestyle where it involves not eating on the right time, junk foods, burgers amd fast foods can do my day, and NO EXERCISE that makes me weak since I stop for a year of physical activities.
