God knows how I want to have a good relationship with my brother but it seems like it was the hardest thing to achieve in my life. I can deal with my nagger mother, learned to listen inspite my hate for the topic being discussed, how I hate seeing how insecure she is to others and how she can't move on from the past. I already learned to love her imperfections but my brother's evilness, I just can't. Am I to blame for all of this? Is this my karma ? Am I not a good 'Ate' ? I've tried. While scrolling at my IG Feed last night, a post from @lo_young, well known as the GMA Kapuso Actress and little sister of the Miss World 2013 Megan Young, Lauren Young got my attention. She talks about how she struggles about body weight in years and how her doctor tells her that she's suffering from diabetes and has a bulging disc that explains why she suffers pain in her back. It got me thinking how unwell my health this past months. Not known by everyone but I got irregularities, acne and pimple breakouts, severe hair falls and a pain in the head from time to time. Since then, I am adviced to do a healthy lifestyle which I hardly follow. I am used to sleep less nights and eating behaviours I hardly convince myself to take care off. I am so used to an unhealthy lifestyle where it involves not eating on the right time, junk foods, burgers amd fast foods can do my day, and NO EXERCISE that makes me weak since I stop for a year of physical activities. The Wrong Decisions I made

 I never told anyone about this ... But I wasn't regularized at my first job because I choose to go to my boyfriend's recognition rights without the approval of my supervisor and manager. Now that I was thinking about it,ang boba ko pala! To be so inlove and sacrifice my career for someone na hindi naman ako pinapahalagahan. Not that I am expecting, but now that it has been 7 months since we last talked, andami kong narealize. Masyado kong ginawang mundo ang dapat ay tao lang. Nung una hindi ko naman talaga mahal e. Siya lang yung nagpursue kaya pinanindigan ko nadin. Pero ibang level pala ako magmahal. Handang ibigay lahat kahit kinabukasan ko na. Masaya na ako ngayon. In just 7 months nahanap ko yung taong gusto kong maging ako. Sabi nga ng kapatid ko, "You are doing so well right now." Yes, may sense of fulfillment na ako ngayon.
